Additionally, they may be responsible for vehicle sales and <br /> ownership transfers. <br /> Essential Functions: <br /> 1 Verify that ownership documents match V|N's on the physical vehicle received and 'that the documents comply <br /> with local, state and federal laws. <br /> 2 Schedule appointments with customer's and/or contract tow vendors for vehicle pick ups. <br /> 3 Purchase a|| vehicles that are delivered to the Sbona, in accordance with |ooe|, state and federal |axva and <br /> company policy. <br /> 4. Receive the vehicles delivered daily in the CFJC database via the receiving handheld and/or manual entry. <br /> S. Issue payments for vehicles and tows while maintaining and managing the daily check summary. <br /> G {}rganize, maintain, and retain copies/files for routing sheets, vehicle transfers. sales and purchases. <br /> 7 Monitor and respond boincoming and outgoing telephone calls and faxes. <br /> 8. 8ort, process and ship documents for processing, as required. <br /> Q. Produce the daily, weekly and monthly reports, aarequired. <br /> 10. Complete any due diligence needed for vehicle purchasing's weekly exception lists <br /> 11 Must comply with all |ooa|, state and federal laws regarding vehicle purchasing, <br /> 12 Additional duties osassigned. <br /> Qualifications: <br /> 1. High school diploma orequivalent preferred but not required. <br /> 2 Proficient|ngeneral computer skills such nsdata entry and e-nai|. <br /> 3Able to communicate with customers/vendors in a professional and efficient manner. <br /> 4 Strong verbal and written communication skills are required. <br /> 5� Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. <br /> 8 Ability Uouse time wisely and prioritize multiple competing tasks. <br /> 7. Able to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions in English. <br /> 8 Able hzwork flexible shifts and schedu|ea, including overtime. <br /> B, BU|ngual inSpanish o plus but not required. <br /> 10. Ability to obtain and retain knowledge of company policies and procedures, <br /> 11. Basic automotive know|odge/expehencepreferred but not required <br /> Physical Activities Required tqPerform Essential Functions: <br /> 1.
