� <br /> Job Description <br /> Position Title: Sales Supervisor <br /> Status: Non-Exempt Hours: Normal Store Hours <br /> Location/Dept: Retail Store <br /> Reports to: Store Manager <br /> General Position Summary: <br /> Supervise all phases of store sales activities and employees buensure goals are met safely and efficient/y. Responsible <br /> for monitoring all store sales functions to conform to company policies and procedures. <br /> Essential Functions: <br /> 1. Partner with the Environmental Health and Safety Team boensure store isadhering toall safety and environmental <br /> policies and procedures. Promotes a clean, safe, and environmentally compliant store for employees and customers. <br /> 2. Responsible for store housekeeping. <br /> 3. Work with all sales and production personnel tocontinually improve store results and execute company strategies. <br /> 4, Participates in the hiring, training, and proper delegation of sales personnel and scheduling work hours. <br /> 5. Monitors and evaluates job pedbrmance� trains and develops sales staff. <br /> G� Communicates and implements policies and procedures; leads by example for the rest of the teem. <br /> 7. Pnaponas sales reports and assigned tasks for the store. <br /> & Directs and participates incustomer care functions. <br /> Q. Corduct weekly meetings with the sales staff to keep the team updated to maintain sales team enthusiasm, ensure a <br /> positive attitude, and to navkaw key performance indicators. <br /> 10. Conducts coaching sessions, trains continually to improve the effectiveness of the selling model. <br /> 11 Ensures that all company policies, sales and marketing programs and merchondizinginitiatives are current, <br /> communicated and implemented for management and the Sa|eo/Customer8en/ice employees in a timely manner. <br /> 12. Ensure that all sales transactions and cash management procedures are in compliance with company policy. <br /> 13. Responsible for the overall safeguarding ofcompany assets. <br /> 14, Promote positive and fulfilling work environment, <br /> 15. Partner with all internal corporate support resources to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations to achieve <br /> ,results. <br /> 16. Spends atleast 8596oftheir time onthe sales floor. <br /> 17.
