The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been <br /> addressed for WESTERN RADIATOR SVC OF LODI as of July13, 2018. <br /> Open violations from February 09, 2016 inspection <br /> Violation #401 - Failed to store hazardous waste in a container that is in good condition. <br /> The western 55 gallon drum of hazardous waste sludge had a lid with two holes in it and an accumulation start date <br /> of 7-1-15. This waste has been on site longer than 180 days. Hazardous waste shall be stored in a container that is <br /> in good condition. Immediately transfer all hazardous wastes into containers that are in good condition and have <br /> hazardous wastes properly disposed of by a licensed hazardous waste hauler under a proper manifest. Submit a <br /> copy of the disposal receipt to the EHD. <br /> Violation #601 -Stored hazardous waste onsite greater than 180 days. <br /> The western 55 gallon drum of hazardous waste sludge had a lid with two holes in it and an accumulation start date <br /> of 7-1-15. This waste has been on site longer than 180 days. Facilities who generate less than 1000 kg of <br /> hazardous waste per month and do not exceed 6000 kg of waste stored on site at any time may store waste on site <br /> up to 180 days. Immediately contact a licensed hazardous waste hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest <br /> and submit a copy of the manifest to the EHD. <br /> Violation #605 - Failed to completely label containers or tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> The western 55 gallon drum of hazardous waste sludge had a lid with two holes in it and an accumulation start date <br /> of 7-1-15. This waste has been on site longer than 180 days. This drum did not have one of the hazardous <br /> properties of flammable, toxic, corrosive, or reactivity marked. All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with <br /> the following information: <br /> -the words"Hazardous Waste' <br /> - name and address of generator <br /> - hazardous properties <br /> - physical state <br /> -composition (contents) <br /> -accumulation start date <br /> During the inspection, the manager marked the hazardous properties of toxic and corrosive. Continue to ensure that <br /> all containers are marked with all the required information. Since this container have been on site longer than 180 <br /> days, immediately contact a licensed hazardous waste hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest and submit a <br /> copy of the manifest to the EHD. <br /> The eastern 55 gallon drum of hazardous waste sludge lacked the required label information. All hazardous waste <br /> containers shall be marked with the following information: <br /> -the words"Hazardous Waste" <br /> - name and address of generator <br /> - hazardous properties <br /> - physical state <br /> -composition (contents) <br /> -accumulation start date <br /> During the inspection, the manager labeled this container with the required information.
