Immediately make a hazardous <br /> waste determination for the above listed items and manage it according the Title 22 hazardous waste regulations. Submit <br /> a statement and disposal records explaining how this waste was managed. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> #601 CCR 66262.34(d) Stored hazardous waste onsite greater than 180 days <br /> OBSERVATIONS:A black steel 55 gallon drum of used oil was found without an accumulation date. Facilities who <br /> generate less than 1000 kg of hazardous waste per month and do not exceed 6000 kg of waste stored on site at any time <br /> may store waste on site up to 180 days. Immediately contact a licensed hazardous waste hauler to dispose of this waste <br /> under manifest and submit a copy of the manifest to the EHD. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> #605 CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste <br /> OBSERVATIONS:A black steel 55 gallon drum of used oil was found without a hazardous waste label.
