We are required by the California hazardous waste <br />regulations to notify you when modifications are made to our Hazardous Waste Facility Permit. <br />Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL) Site 300, located at Corral Hollow Road, <br />Tracy, California, is owned by the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) and is jointly operated by <br />US DOE and its contractor, Lawrence Livermore National Security, LLC. <br />On April 22, 2015, LLNL submitted Class 1 permit modification requests to: <br />1. Update the DOE NNSA/LFO contact, Section 2.1. <br />2. Update the Emergency Coordinator, Section 4.1, Table 1. <br />3. Update the EWTF primary and alternate emergency contacts, Appendix I-1, Table I-1-2. <br />4. Update the EWSF primary and alternate emergency contacts, Appendix I-2, Table I-2-3. <br />5. Update the B883 CSA alternate emergency contact, Appendix I-3, Table 1-3-2. <br />6.
