A damaged pallet of well pumps was leaking oily <br />uid onto the ground outside of building 843..—( ,AN -/b PC SC. <br />uilding 874, metal fines were observed on the floo n be sander. <br />-At th of building 875, a heavy equipment leaking oil, partially onto two drip pans and partially on the ground, with <br />rk oily stained ground was observed. <br />-At ing 875, metal fines were observed on the floor and various equipments inside the shop. <br />ording to Mr. Newman, all metal fines are handled as hazardous waste. Facilities shall be maintained and <br />operated to minimize the possibility of a fire, explosion, or release of hazardous waste to air, soil, or surface water <br />which could threaten human health or the environment. Immediately correct all items listed above and manage <br />according to Title 22 hazardous waste regulations.
