I incorrectly reported it as violation #301, CCR
66265.31, failed to minimize a release. I have corrected that violation and put it back under HSC 25189.5. I'm sorry for
the confusion.
Please let me know if the attached updated checklist is not correct.
Thank you.
Kasey
Kasey Foley, REHS
Program Coordinator, CUPA Programs
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
1868 East Hazelton Avenue
Stockton, CA 95205
(209) 468-3451
kfoley@sicehd.com
www.segov.org/ehd
From: Mancieri, Sav [mailto:mancieril(a)llnl.gov]
Sent: Thursday, February 11, 2016 12:10 PM
To: Kasey Foley [EH]
Cc: Kato, Thom
Subject: RE: Amended Response to LLNL Request for Rescinding Violations
Please note this violation was initially cited in the inspection report as non-compliance with #202, HSC 25189.5(a),
disposed or caused disposal at an authorized point. You rescinded the violation pursuant to #301, 22 CCR 66265.31,
facility not maintained to minimize the release of hazardous waste. LLNL assumes that SJCEHD intended to rescind the
violation under the original HSC violation code.
Please call me if I've confused you.
Thanks
Sav
From: Kasey Foley [EH] [mailto:KFolekC-@sjcehd.com]
Sent: Thursday, February 11, 2016 11:33 AM
To: Mancieri, Sav
Cc: Kato, Thom
Subject: RE: Amended Response to LLNL Request for Rescinding Violations
Hi Sav,
