Hazelton Avenue <br />Stockton, CA 95205 ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH <br />DEPARTMENT <br />Subject: Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL) Site 300 Response to the Resource <br />Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) Large Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator <br />Inspection Report issued by San Joaquin County, Environmental Health Department, <br />Certified Unified Program Agency (CUPA) EPA ID # CA2890090002 <br />Dear Ms. Henry and Ms. Manzo: <br />This letter is being submitted in response to violations issued in the RCRA Large Quantity <br />Hazardous Waste (HW) Generator inspection report (Attachment 1). The eight hazardous waste <br />violations were transferred to the attached spreadsheet (Attachment 2) to summarize all <br />pertinent information for each violation and violation area. Attachment 3 provides additional <br />violation -specific corrective action information as referenced in the spreadsheet. <br />LLNL Site 300 has corrected five of the eight violations. A description of the status of the <br />remaining violations is provided in the spreadsheet, Attachment 2.
