The first submittal, dated <br />February 9, 2017, provided corrective actions for five violations as indicated on the violation <br />tracking spreadsheet (Attachment 2, February 9, 2017 submittal). <br />Corrective actions for the three remaining violations below are provided on the updated violation <br />tracking spreadsheet (Attachment 3).
