2 . Label the waste as follows : <br /> "Waste Oil " <br /> (Name of the Company) <br /> Start of accumulation date: MM/DD/YR <br /> ( ie, the date you began to fill the container) <br /> 3 . Arrange for a transporter to pick up your waste oil at regular <br /> intervals . there may be a minimal charge for this service . The <br /> transporter must be licensed to transport waste oil . Attachment <br /> 1 identifies those companies in possession of the appropriate <br /> licenses . Call California Department of Health Services , Toxic <br /> Substance Control Division to confirm that transporter <br /> requirements have been met since this list changes frequently . <br /> 4 .
