Gel coat booth filters are being thrown in the dumpster without first determining if they are a hazardous waste. The gel coat has been reported on CERS under the facility's Hazardous Material Inventory. Any person who generates a waste shall determine if the waste is a hazardous waste. Immediately stop disposing of gel coat booth filters as trash, make a hazardous waste determination for the waste filters, and manage them according to Title 22 hazardous waste regulations. Submit a statement and supporting documentation explaining how this waste was managed. This is a repeat violation, Class II.
