The same training program will be utilized for any new employees prior to <br /> working within the shop. <br /> 6. 112: All records of oil /coolant/drained oil filter pickups will be consolidated and stored for 3 <br /> years moving forward. All documents that were not obtained at the time of the specialist's <br /> visit has been attached as proof of pickup. <br /> 7. 116: Deadline: 7/22. Submitted all documents by 7/21. <br /> 8. 117: Corrected on site <br /> 9. 301: All observed spills were immediately cleaned up using oil absorbent. The absorbent <br /> was cleaned and stored in a container for future disposal. <br /> 10. 403: The 55-gallon drum of antifreeze was closed with a lid and will be closed unless in use <br /> moving forward. The secondary container holding the two drums had coolant sitting at the <br /> bottom due to coolant being spilled while transferring the waste into the two smaller drums. <br /> This container is used for that specific purpose and not to be used to store waste. The <br /> container has been cleaned out. <br /> 11. 404: Inspections will be done weekly moving forward. <br /> 12. 605: Corrected on site. <br /> 13. 608: Request bill of lading is attached for 2012. No oil filters were picked up in 2013. <br />
