Disposal documentation attached to e-mail for both the antifreeze and the oily solids <br /> (manifests.pdf.) <br /> Item 32. Tank assessment was done by Matthew Orr of HMT Inspection on June 16,2011. This was <br /> coordinated through Lawrence and Associates Engineers and Geologists, Shasta Lake, CA. Report will <br /> follow when we receive it. <br /> Item 49. Training records with job titles and training materials (training.pdf) attached to the e-mail as <br /> well as job descriptions (job descriptions.pdf.) <br /> Item 60 & 63. Parts washer waste (sludge) is removed and put in with our oily solids when maintenance <br /> is done. No manifests exist for this. <br /> Item 64.
