Pursuant to 22 CCR 66264.191(1), the following assessment details are known or have been evaluated: (i)(1) Tank configuration is horizontal, double-wall and raised on structural supports bearing on a solid concrete slab with a maximum gross capacity of 1,000 gallons; (i)(2) Tank construction is to UL 142 standard and meets empirical design criteria and normal industry practice for horizontal welded steel structures; (i)(2)(A) Material of construction (all parts in contact with liquid waste) is carbon steel (grade not known); (i)(2)(B) Material thickness of the tank as measured is 0.134 inch (10 Gauge); (i)(2)(C) Tank connections are carbon steel nozzles / couplings and pipe nipples up to 6 inches in size; (i)(2)(D) Flow into or out of the tank is manually controlled; � ?er (i)(2)(E) Tank details (from tank records) - basic dimensions are as 1�TT0 i given in the Tank Data page included above; (i)(3) Tank was constructed in 2006 (per data plate); (i)(4) Details of installation include double-wall carbon steel construction. This tank rests on structural steel supports on a concrete slab of adequate design to withstand the load imposed by the tank resting on top. The tank is anchored to the concrete slab, providing the necessary resistance against movement due to flotation or seismic loading.
