Immediately <br /> close these containers and ensure all hazardous waste containers are closed when not adding or removing waste. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 406 CCR 66261.7(f) Contaminated container not marked with date emptied or managed within one year of being <br /> emptied. <br /> Four 55 gallon drums that once contained hazardous material were not marked empty or the date they became <br /> empty. Containers larger than five gallons that previously held a hazardous material shall be marked with the date <br /> they were emptied and managed within one year of being emptied. Immediately mark and manage all empty <br /> containers per this section. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 601 CCR 66262.34(d) Stored hazardous waste onsite greater than 180 days. <br /> Containers stored on site longer than 180 days: <br /> -White 5 gallon container of waste ink in the Hazardous Material Storage Area start accumulation date 10-2014 <br /> - Brown box of waste ink in the Hazardous Material Storage Area start accumulation date 3-4-15 <br /> -White 5 gallon container in the Hazardous Material Storage Area start date 7-2014 <br /> - Black 55 gallon drum of used oil in the Hazardous Material Storage Area start date 1-8-15 <br /> Facilities who generate less than 1000 kg of hazardous waste per month and do not exceed 6000 kg of waste <br /> stored on site at any time may store waste on site up to 180 days.
