He took the items and loaded them on <br /> to a truck to be used at the Atwater Dole Facility. <br /> 4 four liter bottles of methyl ethyl ketone were observed in the production area. The bottles were still sealed and <br /> were in boxes. According to Randy Heldt, Visalia Dairies will be picking up the bottles to be used as product. <br /> Partial pallets of food grade rice starch and corn starch was observed on site next to the bottles of methyl ethyl <br /> ketone. <br /> 400 gallons of food grade propelyene glycol was observed. Randy Heldt had the liquid pumped out.
