The signed off copy shall be retained and made readily available for review for three <br /> years. If the generator did not receive a copy of the manifest with the handwritten signature of the owner or operator <br /> of the facility to which the generator's waste was submitted within 60 days of the date the waste was accepted by <br /> the initial transporter, the generator shall submit a legible copy of the missing manifest,with some indication that the <br /> generator has not received confirmation of delivery. This information shall be submitted to: <br /> DTSC Report Repository <br /> Generator Information Services Section <br /> P.O. Box 806 <br /> Sacramento, CA 95812-0806 <br /> Immediately locate a copy of the missing manifests or prepare and submit the required information to DTSC. <br /> Submit to the EHD a copy of the signed off copy of the manifests or a copy of the information submitted to DTSC. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 403 CCR 66262.34(d)(2) Failed to keep hazardous waste containers closed except when adding or removing hazardous <br /> waste. <br /> The hazardous waste container labeled as contaminated solids was observed with a lid that was not completely <br /> fastened on. All hazardous waste containers shall be closed at all times except when adding or removing waste. <br /> Immediately close these containers and ensure all hazardous waste containers are closed when not adding or <br /> removing waste. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 601 CCR 66262.34(d)Stored hazardous waste onsite greater than 180 days. <br /> The hazardous waste drum containing oily solids was observed without an accumulation start date. Facilities who <br /> generate less than 1000 kg of hazardous waste per month and do not exceed 6000 kg of waste stored on site at <br /> any time may store waste on site up to 180 days.
