The San Joaquin Local Health District billing statement dated July 1, 1989 reflects half of the annual <br />generator fees due and payable to the Health District for 1989. The second half of the annual <br />generator fee will be billed November 1, 1989, prior to the mailing of the State Board of <br />Equalization billing for the new calendar year. Again, the generator is advised to total the local fees <br />paid in July and November of 1989 to the Local Health District generator program, and then deduct <br />these fees from the State Board of Equalization billing when it arrives in December. <br />FOR EXAMPLE: <br />Hazardous Waste Generated <br />Local Fees <br />in Tons (Based on Hazardous <br />Billed <br />Waste Manifested in 1987) <br />July 1 <br />>=25 Tons <50 Tons $606.25 <br />State Board of Equalization Billing December 1989: <br />(Based on Hazardous Waste Manifested in 1988) <br />Local Fees Total Fees Paid to <br />Billed Local H.W. <br />Nov 1 Program in 1989 <br />$606.25 $1,212.50 <br />Board of Equalization fees due for new calendar year <br />Local fees paid ($1,212.50) in 1989 <br />Balance due and payable to Board of Equalization <br />NOTE: After the November 1, 1989 billing is conducted, the San Joaquin Local Health District <br />will not bill hazardous waste generators again until November 1, 1990.
