A separate letter has been prepared for Letitia Briggs responding to the PBR <br />inspection. <br />12. 66265.31 (CCR) Facility not maintained to minimize the release of a hazardous <br />waste. substance spill in the strip and rinse area. Maintain area to prevent spills on the <br />floor. <br />Direction has been given to the area supervisor to keep the floor clean using mops. A <br />Maintenance Action Form has been submitted requesting that repair of the leaks be made <br />as soon as possible. <br />2. 16. 66265.33 (CCR) Failed to maintain all communication or alarm system, spill control <br />or decontamination equipment. Assign area for spill control and decontamination <br />equipment. <br />An area has been cleared and shelves have been installed to maintain our for spill control <br />and decontamination equipment. <br />3. 20. 66262.34 (CCR) Failed to properly label containers of hazardous waste. Two blue <br />drums containing hazardous waste were not properly labeled in water treatment area. <br />As noted on the Notice to Comply this was corrected the day of the inspection.
