A copy of each <br /> bill of lading must be kept on site for at least three years. Immediately locate a copy of all bills of lading for used <br /> oil/fuel filters for the last three years,maintain them on site,and submit copies to the EHD. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Note:The amount of hazardous waste generated in the 2017 could not be determined since there were no <br /> manifests on site at the time of inspection, nor are the manifests on the DTSC website. <br /> The fire extinguishers(behind the register, by dispenser 8, and by dispenser 6) did not have current inspection <br /> tabs.All facilities shall be equipped with an internal communication or alarm system, a device capable of calling <br /> outside emergency help, spill control equipment, decontamination equipment, and maintained fire extinguishers <br /> at all times. The facility manager was notified to have the above-mentioned fire extinguishers inspected and <br /> submit proof to the EHD. <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by 3/22/2018. <br /> Please be aware as of January 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all hazardous materials <br /> information online to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov.
