Since the inspection of June 14, 2013 we have had several issues with tenants at the c-
store. Jarnail Singh left after the inspection of June 14, 2013 and had assured us that he had completed
all of the necessary documentation. Then we found out otherwise and terminated his tenancy. We
found a new tenant Jessie (Jaswant)Singh who had also told us that he would care for the store and
make the necessary repairs. Unfortunately we were duped again and have been unable to make contact
with Jessie Singh (Sunshine Travel Plaza). On April 23, 2014 we acquired access to the c-store and have
changed the locks.
On April 24, 2014 1 visited the store to collect the documentation and visually inspect the site. The c-
store looked as if it had been cleaned and maintained. On the exterior of the building I found no
containers containing hazardous materials(fuel filters, lead acid batteries, or waste containers) please
see attached photos.
I met with Greg Kaiser of KCP who performed the monthly monitoring of the equipment. We reviewed
the missing information on your letter and physically inspected the location with the following results:
1. Return to Compliance Certification Form (see attachment A)
2. Corrective Action Statement(see attachment B)
