Facility has a 55 gallon drum with trash and oily debri with no label Y knowledge of what is in it. <br /> Immediately, make determination of the status of the waste and if determined to be hazardous waste <br /> dispose of it according to title 22 hazardous waste regulation. Submit the disposal record to this office <br /> by 6125/10. <br /> # 20. Facility has 3 - 55 gallon drums with a hazardous waste label that connot be read. Pursuant to <br /> CCR section 66262.34(f) a HW container must be labeled with at least the following information: the <br /> word "Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, accumulation Start date, physical state, <br /> hazardous properties, and content. Begin practice immediately. Provide corrective action to this office <br /> by 6125110. <br /> # 28. Facility does not provide weekly inspection of the hazardous waste storage containers. <br /> Immediately, start performing weekly inspections of the hazardous waste containers and keep record. <br /> Submit corrective action to this office by 6125110. <br /> # 50. Since the accumulation start date could not be determined for the 3 - 55 gallon drums it is <br /> assumed that the HW was kept on site for greater than 180 days. Also, there was no disposal records <br /> on site for the new operator. Immediately, have the 3 - 55 gallon drum of HW disposed according to title <br /> 22 hazardous waste regulations and submit disposal records to this office by 6125110. <br /> Notes <br /> A copy of completed return to compliance certification must be subbmitted to this office with the <br /> requested document by 6125110. <br /> Free CUPA class information was provided. <br /> Provided HW labels and labeling instuction. <br /> Facility lacked emergency coordinator and contingency plan. A blank modified contingency pian was <br /> provided.
