Grant St., Stockton Program: HW <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> This is a report of the Routine Hazardous Waste (HW) inspection conducted at the referenced facility by <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD). The following are Minor Violations - <br /> Notice to Comply: 7, 20, 27, 50, 60, 61, 62 <br /> 7. The following wastes require HW determination: <br /> o One 5-gallon poly-container, eight 1-gallon poly-containers, four half-gallon metal containers, and <br /> eighteen 5-gallon containers of unknown wastes in the generator/storage room (Stall #14) <br /> o Four 1-gallon metal cans of oily liquid and seven 5-gallon buckets of unknown solid wastes in the <br /> above-mentioned Stall #14. <br /> o Four 55-gallon drums of unknown wastes in the aluminum storage stall. <br /> o One 5-gallon bucket of oily liquid, and one 5-gallon bucket of solvent waste by dumpster. <br /> o One liter-container of oily liquid, used sanding filters, and sanding dust in unoccupied Stall #27. <br /> o Two 5-gallon buckets of unknown liquid by the men's bathroom. <br /> o Two 5-gallon containers of waste paint, one 10-gallon container of waste paint, and one 1-gallon <br /> can of paint waste by the paint gun cleaner at Stall #29. <br /> -- Generator shall make HW determination of the waste and managing the waste accordingly. <br /> * Immediately make a HW determination of the above wastes and manage each accordingly, or <br /> dispose of the waste as HW in accordance to California Code of Regulations (CCR) Title 22. Submit a <br /> statement and supporting documentation explaining how this waste was managed by January 7, 2011. <br /> 20 & 50. HW observed during this inspection (see Item #7 above) had no hazardous waste label or the <br /> label was incomplete. <br /> -- All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: <br /> 1. the words "Hazardous Waste" <br /> 2. name and address of generator <br /> 3. hazardous properties <br /> 4. physical state <br /> 5. composition (contents) <br /> 6. accumulation start date <br /> Facilities who generate less than 1000 kg of hazardous waste per month and do not exceed 6000 kg of <br /> waste stored on site at any time may store waste on site up to 180 days. <br /> * Immediately label these containers and ensure that all containers are marked with all the required <br /> information. Since these containers have been on site longer than 180 days, immediately contact a <br /> licensed hazardous waste hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest and submit a copy of the <br /> manifest to the EHD by January 7, 2011. <br /> ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE(5122). <br /> THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br /> EHD I pest Receiv y: Title: <br /> EHD 23-02-003 Rev 08/10/10 U�^V/ CONTINUATION FORM <br />
