Lavagnino: <br />PAGE 04/05 <br />At the request of ExxonMobil Environmental Services Company on behalf of ExxonMobil Oil <br />Corporation (ExxonMobil), ETIC Engineering, Inc. (ETIC) is submitting this letter to request site <br />access at the above -referenced location. The following is property ownership information obtained <br />from Nationwide Environmental Title Research, LLC on 3 October 2006: <br />"N: 115-140-06 <br />Site Address: 47 E Alpine.Avenue, Stockton, California 95204 <br />Owners: Arthur A. Lavagnino and <br />Jonnie L. Lavagnino <br />Mailing_ Address: 1466 W Magill Avenue <br />Fresno, California 93711 <br />According to this information, you have been identified as the owners of the property, which <br />currently houses a residential building along with driveways and landscaped areas (identified on the <br />attached Assessor's Map as parcel number 6). The California. Regional Water Quality Control Board <br />(CRWQCB) has requested that Exxon:Mobil conduct further investigation of the soil, soil gas, and <br />groundwater at the former service station at 75 East Alpine Avenue located on the corner of North f.I <br />Dorado Street and East Alpine Avenue which includes a portion of your property. DTIC has <br />submitted a requested Subsurface Investigation Work Plan, dated May 2008, to the CRWQC:B <br />detailing a soil and groundwater investigation. The CRWQCB approved the work plan in a letter <br />dated 10 July 2008. <br />The investigation involves advancing at least one cone penetrometer testing boring at the property. <br />The approximate boring location is shown on the attached figure (as indicated with the Proposed <br />deep boring symbol that is circled). Prior to drilling, a private utility locator and Underground <br />Services Alert will be contacted to identify below -ground utilities in the vicinity of the proposed <br />boring location. A 24 -inch -diameter circle or 2 -foot by 2 -foot square will then be cut in the surface at <br />the boring location.
