The State Water Resource Control Board(SWRCB)will invoice you directly for activities performed <br /> under the auspices of the Local UST Oversight Program. The goal of the site evaluation performed by Public Health <br /> Services Environmental Health Division (PHS/EHD) is to certify closures of underground tank leakage sites. <br /> Closure certification occurs only after mitigation activities are completed. <br /> In addition, the "Regional Board Staff Recommendations For Initial Evaluation and Investigation of Underground <br /> Tanks" and "Appendix A" reporting format and the LUFT Manual shall be utilized as guidance documents in the <br /> preparation of work plans and/or reports. <br /> In previous correspondence San Joaquin County Public Health Services,Environmental Health Division(PHS/EHD) <br /> notified you that further investigation of the site was needed. State Water Resources Control Board Cleanup Fund <br /> Program staff has recently reviewed the UST file of PHS/EHD to determine if you are in compliance with our <br /> corrective action orders and directives for the site. PHS/EHD is directing you to submit a work plan to further <br /> investigate the extent of contamination at this site by July 31, 1995. <br /> A list of consultants that have worked in this county is enclosed.
