We have not received it. We also <br /> discussed that you would contact James Hoblitzell about the <br /> procedure to fill the hole that the panels are enclosing. We have <br /> not heard on the status of this possible solution. <br /> Whatever your plan is, the past due amount of $921 . 54 and the <br /> monthly rent of $108 . 00 must be paid now to keep the panels and <br /> continue the rental through November 13 , 1995 . Thereafter, the rent <br /> must be paid before extending each month. <br /> We have contacted Ron Rowe of the San Joaquin Environmental Health <br /> in Stockton and informed him of the situation. He is to contact <br /> you and reinforce with you your responsibilities regarding the <br /> property. A copy of this letter will be sent to him. <br /> If payment in full is being sent now, please let us know.
