Clean and remove the accumulation of brush/weeds vegetation <br /> and debris on property. Please maintain premises in a sanitary <br /> condition. S M C 14-402 . 1 . (b) 10 . <br /> 2 . Due to the removal of fuel storage tanks the excavation is to <br /> be filled to grade A grading permit shall be obtained from <br /> the City of Stockton Permit Center located at 345 North E1 <br /> Dorado Street. S M C 13-301 (a) <br /> A reinspection will be conducted on JULY 5, 1995 and if this <br /> property is not brought into compliance, a Violation Notice will be <br /> issued. <br /> Failure to abate said violations could result in reinspection <br /> fee (s) of $35 .00 for each inspection until compliance is obtained, <br /> and shall be a misdemeanor and subject to punishment by a fine of <br /> not more than one thousand dollars ($1000 . 00) or imprisonment for <br /> not more than one hundred and eighty (180) days or both such fine <br /> and imprisonment. <br /> Your cooperation in abating these violations will be greatly <br /> appreciated.
