(ETIC) is <br /> submitting this letter to request site access at the above-referenced location. Lavagnino <br /> Mailing Address: 1466 W Magill Avenue <br /> Fresno, California 93711 <br /> According to this information, you have been identified as the owners of the property, which <br /> currently houses a residential building along with driveways and landscaped areas(identified on the <br /> attached Assessor's Map as parcel number 6). The California Regional Water Quality Control Board <br /> (CRWQCB)has requested that ExxonMobil conduct further investigation of the soil,soil gas,and <br /> groundwater at former service station at 75 East Alpine Avenue located on the comer of North El <br /> Dorado Street and East Alpine Avenue which includes a portion of your property. ETIC has <br /> submitted a requested Risk Assessment and Well Installation Work Plan,dated September 2006,to <br /> the CRWQCB detailing a soil,soil gas, and groundwater investigation. <br /> The investigation involves installing,sampling,and surveying at least three(3)shallow soil vapor <br /> sampling wells and at least two(2)groundwater monitoring well at the property. The approximate <br /> well locations are shown on the attached figure(as indicated with the proposed Soil Vapor Sampling <br /> Location and Proposed Groundwater Monitoring Well symbols). Prior to drilling, a private utility <br /> locator and Underground Services Alert will be contacted to identify below-ground utilities in the <br /> vicinity of the proposed well location.A 24-inch-diameter circle or 2-foot by 2-foot square will then <br /> be cut in the surface at the well location. <br /> 2285 Morello Avenue.
