The California Regional Water Quality Control Board <br /> (CRWQCB)has requested that ExxonMobil conduct further investigation of the soil,soil gas,and <br /> groundwater at former service station at 75 East Alpine Avenue located on the comer of North El <br /> Dorado Street and East Alpine Avenue which includes a portion of your property. ETIC has <br /> submitted a requested Risk Assessment and Well Installation Work Plan,dated September 2006,to <br /> the CRWQCB detailing a soil,soil gas, and groundwater investigation. <br /> The investigation involves installing,sampling,and surveying at least three(3)shallow soil vapor <br /> sampling wells and at least two(2)groundwater monitoring well at the property. The approximate <br /> well locations are shown on the attached figure(as indicated with the proposed Soil Vapor Sampling <br /> Location and Proposed Groundwater Monitoring Well symbols).
