Testing was performed in accordance with the chain -of -custody <br />instructions. <br />EPA 82608: <br />LCS/LCSD: All target analytes were within acceptance criteria with the exception of <br />Toluene. The LCS Duplicate recovery for this analyte was slightly above the upper <br />control limit of 120%, but was below the NELAC-defined upper marginal exceedance <br />(ME) limit of 127%. (ME = +/- 4 standard deviations.) Based upon the number of <br />analytes spiked into the LCS/LCSD, and per NELAC, the laboratory is allowed to report <br />associated data when there is, in this case, one marginal exceedance in an LCS.
