The work was performed in <br />response to a letter from the California Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central Valley Region (Regional <br />Board), dated May 5, 2011 (Appendix A). The work included the installation of wells AS1 through AS5, AS6S, <br />AS6D, SVE1, SVE2, SVE4, and SVE5 in preparation of operating an AS/SVE system at the subject site. <br />SITE DESCRIPTION <br />Former Mobil Service Station 99CAS is located at 75 East Alpine Avenue, on the northwest corner of EI Dorado <br />Street and East Alpine Avenue in Stockton, California (Plate 1). The site is comprised of landscaped, paved, <br />and unpaved areas, including a driveway for a parking lot.
