Testing was performed in accordance with the chain -of -custody
instructions.
EPA 82608:
LCS/LCSD Batch 1109281-06: All target analytes were within acceptance criteria with
the exception of 1,1-Dichloroethene. The LCS/LCSD RPD for this analyte was above
the upper control limit. The MS/MSD % recoveries however were within the control
limits and the associated sample was non -detect for Ethanol. Thus, the sample data
was reported without further clarification.
The LCS/LCSD % recoveries for Ethanol were above the upper control limit of 140%, but
was below the NELAC-defined upper marginal exceedance (ME) limit of 154% (ME _ +/-
4 standard deviations.) Based upon the number of analytes spiked into the LCS/LCSD,
and per NELAC, the laboratory is allowed to report associated data when there is, in this
case, one marginal exceedance in an LCS.
0
U
0
z
7440 Lincoln Way, Garden Grove, CA 92841-1427 - TEL:(714) 895-5494 • FAX:(714) 894-7501
