Violation of Health and Safety Code sections 25100 et seq., as described in <br />paragraphs 15 —15(i) above; <br />b. Violation of Health and Safety Code sections 25500 et seq., as described in <br />paragraphs 16 —16(g) above; <br />c. Contributed or caused to be contributed, directly or indirectly a discharge into the <br />City storm drainage system of any pollutant, wastewater, or any substance or material which <br />interfered with the operation or performance of the City storm drainage system or violate the City's <br />NPDES permit, in violation of Stockton Municipal Code section 13.16.060; <br />d. Discharged which resulted in or contributed to a violation of the City's NPDES <br />permit, in violation of Stockton Municipal Code section 13.16.120; <br />e. Failed to comply with best management practices guidelines or requirements <br />identified by the Director of Municipal Utilities, in violation of Stockton Municipal Code section <br />13.16.150(B); <br />f. Discharged sewage or other waste, or the effluent of treated sewage or other waste, <br />in any manner which will result in contamination, pollution, or a nuisance, in violation of Health and <br />Safety Code section 541 l; <br />g. Dumped or discharged any waste within one hundred and fifty feet (150') of the <br />high water mark of any watercourse or impoundment for either natural or unnatural surface water, in <br />violation of San Joaquin County Ordinance Code, title 9 section 9-1125.3(a); and <br />h. Discharged any treated or untreated wastes that maybe detrimental to the surface <br />or ground waters of the County, in violation of San Joaquin County Ordinance Code, title 9 section <br />1125.4; and <br />i. Discharged pollutants into the navigable waters of the United States with the <br />jurisdiction of this state, in violation of Water Code section 13387. <br />�., <br />WHEREFORE, Plaintiff prays that: <br />1. Defendants be permanently restrained and enjoined from engaging in or performing, <br />directly or indirectly, any and all of the following acts: <br />-�— <br />
