2
January 16,2012
Cardno ERI 278913.Q114 Former Mobil Service Station 99CAS,Stockton,California
WORK IN PROGRESS
Cardno ERI is in the process of obtaining building permits for the installation of an AS/SVE system. System
installation is scheduled for first quarter 2012.
CONCLUSION
Groundwater elevations at the site are currently near the maximum level recorded during the monitoring
program. Concentrations of BTEX reported from on-site well MW1 and TPHg and BTEX reported from on-site
well DW2 are not consistent with previous site data. Concentrations of BTEX reported off-site in wells MW7,
MW8, and DW4 are not consistent with previous site data. Cardno ERI will continue to monitor these trends.
The remaining results are consistent with historical data for the site.
The groundwater flow direction in the shallow zone is towards the east under a hydraulic gradient of 0.004 with
a radial outward flow from EX1. The groundwater flow direction in the deep zone is towards the northeast under
a hydraulic gradient of 0.003.
LIMITATIONS
For any documents cited that were not generated by Cardno ERI, the data taken from those documents is used
.as is" and is assumed to be accurate. Cardno ERI does not guarantee the accuracy of this data and makes no
warranties for the referenced work performed nor the inferences or conclusions stated in these documents.
This document was prepared in accordance with generally accepted standards of environmental, geological,
and engineering practices in California at the time of investigation. No soil engineering or geotechnical
references are implied or should be inferred. The evaluation of the geologic conditions at the site for this
investigation is made from a limited number of data points. Subsurface conditions may vary away from these
data points.
Please contact Mr. Greg A.
