Be sure to include <br /> your hazardous waste activity in the Businesses Activities section in CERS in addition to any other relevant <br /> activities and required fields. <br /> NOTES: <br /> - The facility generates used oil and drained used oil filters. <br /> - The facility did not have an emergency coordinator/modified contingency plan. This was corrected on site <br /> - A black 55 gallon drum of used oil on the north west side of the shop was open and unlabeled.
