The facility could not provide a hazardous waste contingency plan for review. Prepare a plan per <br />this code section, keep a copy on site, train all relevant employees on the plan contents and send a copy <br />of the plan to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) by November 22, 2013. <br />Notes <br />1. Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form with a statement of how <br />each violation was corrected, including supporting documentation, by November 22, 2013. <br />2. Go to cers.calepa.ca.gov and update the system with the new owner information. Use the previous <br />owner's CERS identification number. <br />3. The antifreeze and used oil hazardous waste tanks need the tank assessment updated since the <br />assessment done November 18, 2008 expires after five years. <br />ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br />THIS FACI ITY UBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE <br />
