Initials: ����//�l <br />Leak Test: The tank is in service. Visual inspection of the tank and ancillary <br />equipment did not show any signs of leakage. The tank interstice was clean and <br />dry on inspection. The tank is a single walled above ground storage tank. Tanks <br />wall thickness exceeds the calculated minimum wall thickness by a factor of 4. <br />Integrity testing findings: Based on the above noted integrity test and the <br />results obtained from that test, the tank ha �yfficient integrity for its intended <br />use.
