0 0 <br />50 a) The waste oil tank has an accumulation start date of 8-8-09. <br />we contacted American Valley Waste Oil Inc., the company we contract to dispose of our waste oil, and <br />scheduled a pickup for our waste oil. They pumped the oil out of our holding tank on 1/21/11. <br />American Valley Waste Oil also disposed of our 30, 15, and 15 gallon drum of oily diesel along with the <br />wast- nil, classifying the total amount as "Non RCRA Waste Liquid Used oil/Mixed tails'. <br />I have enclosed a copy of the invoice and paperwork provided to us by the driver who picked up the <br />used oil (attachment 7). <br />Also noted during the inspection was the presence of cracks in the containment berm where the waste <br />oil container is located.
