According to Mr. Merlos, it has been sitting in the <br /> unlabeled drain pan for at least two days. <br /> -Three 5 gallon buckets of used oil were observed in the hazardous waste storage area with no labeling. <br /> All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: <br /> -the words "Hazardous Waste" <br /> -name and address of generator <br /> -hazardous properties (ignitable, corrosive, reactive,toxic) <br /> -physical state(liquid, solid) <br /> -composition (contents) <br /> -accumulation start date <br /> Immediately label these containers or move this waste to a properly labeled container, and ensure that all hazardous <br /> waste containers are marked with all the required information. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 608 CCR 66266.130 Failed to properly manage used oil and fuel filters. <br /> Bills of lading for the recycling of used oil and fuel filters for the last three years were not found on site. Mr. Medos <br /> stated that he takes his filters to AutoZone for disposal, but does not get any receipts or documentation. A copy of <br /> each bill of lading must be kept on site for at least three years. Immediately locate a copy of all bills of lading for used <br /> filters for the last three years, maintain them on site, and submit copies to the EHD. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by November 29, 2017. <br /> Note: (corrected on site) <br /> An emergency coordinator and modified contingency plan information is lacking. There must be at least one <br /> emergency coordinator on site or on call to coordinate emergency response measures, and the following <br /> information must be posted by a phone: the name and phone number of the emergency coordinator; location of <br /> fire extinguishers, spill control equipment, and if present, fire alarm; and the phone number of the fire department, <br /> unless the facility has a direct alarm. A modified contingency plan was completed and posted at the time of <br /> inspection. <br /> Please be aware as of January 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all hazardous materials information <br /> online to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov.
