OWNER/OPERATOR: <br /> J.R.Simplot Company is an international corporation headquartered in Boise, Idaho,with operations <br /> in 16 states, Canada and Mexico. Corporate Headquarters: P.O. Box 27, One Capital Center, Boise <br /> Idaho, 83707. There are two General Managers at the Simplot location in Lathrop: John Mack, <br /> General Manager of Administration, and Steve Craxall, General Manager of Maintenance and <br /> Marketing. <br /> IV. 'BACKGROUND: <br /> On March 28, 1988, PHS-EHD signed an Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the <br /> Department of Health Services to perform hazardous waste generator inspections in San Joaquin <br /> County.
