(GSH) submits two <br /> work plans for the former OCC Lathrop Facility. <br /> ' A work plan is to further characterize soil and shallow groundwater for sulfolane impact, especially in the <br /> PW-18 area. Upon the complction of the characterization, we will excavate impacted soil and extract <br /> impacted shallow groundwater. The other work plan is to modify the groundwater treatment system for <br /> ' better efficiency and reliability. <br /> 1 appreciate that the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Board granted the 10-month extension.
