Groundwater <br /> samples shall be collected and analyzed semi-annually or annually for all existing, <br /> wells (with the exception of the wells noted in Table 1), and all new wells shall be <br /> sampled quarterly for a minimum of four quarters. The sampling frequency for <br /> these new wells may be re-evaluated after four quarters. Table 1 lists the wells <br /> and sampling frequency. Table 2 shows the constituents of concern and the <br /> analytical methods and reporting limits for the constituents of concern. <br /> 3.
