Conrady, as Deed of Trust <br /> holder on the Alpine Road Major Mart station owned by Ameri- <br /> can Savings and Loan, has contracted with Leedshill- <br /> Herkenhoff to undertake a preliminary site assessment on the <br /> property. In regards to your expectation that Mrs . <br /> Conrady assume full responsibility for any clean up required <br /> of the property, I find no factual or legal basis for this <br /> assumption. Mrs. Conrady has not been involved in any way <br /> with the property since 1981 and we have no information <br /> whatsoever that the property was contaminated in any manner <br /> at that time.
