As <br /> we had discussed on the telephone- ,previously, I said I would <br /> review the notice and let you know if I had any objections to <br /> the language contained therein. Unfortunately, .l do . have__. <br /> objections. <br /> As I mentioned, Mrs. Conrady is not the present owner <br /> of the site , nor was she the owner when the contamination <br /> occurred. Mrs. Conrady holds a deed .of trust on the property <br /> and wishes to -undertake- site investigation in order to deter- <br /> mine the status of the property. In this regard, she had <br /> contracted with the engineering firm of Leedshill-Herkenhoff <br /> to undertake a site assessment, and they have requested <br /> permits from your office . Consequently, Mrs. Conrady is not <br /> .a potentially responsible party_ under any applicable state <br /> or federal laws. <br />
