Weber Avenue, Third Floor
Stockton, CA 95202
Dear Ms. Youngblood:
Pursuant to your inspection of 27 July 2001 we have corrected the deficiencies noted in
your report as follows:
#20 - All of the contents of improperly labeled drums were properly disposed of. The
used anti -freeze was recycled, the drums of dirty diesel were put in our used oil tank, and
the drum of diesel -gas mix was hauled offsite by Evergreen. We purchased some Haz-
Mat labels and have put one on the 600 gallon used oil with the accumulation date as of
the last pump -out. We started accumulating anti -freeze again and have put a Haz-Mat
label on that drum.
#75 - a) An accumulation date label was placed on the used oil filter drum on 30 July
2001; b) We have begun the practice of not holding any hazardous waste longer than 180
days; c) In discussing the recycling of paint waste it appears we are not recycling more
than 27 gallons per month. However, because we have no documentation I will fill out
the proper form and in the future we will document the monthly recycling total to verify
our activity.
If you have any questions you may call me at (209) 824-3480
Sincerely,
V Lo
Rick Enos, P.E.
Environmental Manager
12001 South Highway 99 • Manteca, California 95336-9209 • (209) 824-3600 • FAX (209) 824-3510
