Lathrop, CA 95330 <br />Contact: Paul Chevalier <br />RETURN TO COMPLIANCE <br />Violations: Underground Storage Tank (UST) Inspection Report <br />Monitoring Plan is not current & approved by local agency <br />Monitoring Plan has been updated and corrections have been made:current <br />Plan attached <br />Item # 23c L-16 diesel fill sump showed two alarms, 10/13/09 & 10/16/09. Alarms were not noted on <br />the "Alarm Log" and sumps were not inspected. <br />Walton cleared the alarms 10/16/09 and pumped water from the sumps. <br />Designated operator monthly inspections not properly documented and sumps not inspected <br />Employees have been instructed to log all alarms onto the `Alarm Lod' and <br />immediately notify the Zone Manager. The Zone Manager will notify a <br />qualified service company to clear the alarm and inspect the sumps. Because <br />of safety reasons Tower Energy Group employees are not allowed to remove <br />man -way covers. <br />The UST Designated Operator Monthly Inspection did not have a secondary containment date recorded <br />for June, 2009 and January, 2010. <br />The secondary containment inspection date has been properly recorded on <br />the inspection forms for subject inspection months. The alternate designated <br />operators have been informed to fill in all dates and check all appropriately <br />boxes.
