There must be at least one <br /> emergency coordinator on site or on call to coordinate emergency response measures, and the following <br /> information must be posted by a phone:the name and phone number of the emergency coordinator; location of fire <br /> extinguishers, spill control equipment,and if present, fire alarm;and the phone number of the fire department, <br /> unless the facility has a direct alarm. Immediately appoint an emergency coordinator and post the required <br /> information by a phone. Facilities who generate less than 1000 kg of hazardous waste per month and do not exceed 6000 kg of waste <br /> stored on site at any time may store waste on site up to 180 days. Immediately contact a licensed hazardous waste <br /> hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest and submit a copy of the manifest to the EHD. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 704 CCR 66273.33(b)Failed to properly manage universal waste lamps. <br /> Approximately five lamps were observed broken in the dumpster area. Approximately 15 intact lamps were <br /> observed in the dumpster area in danger of breakage. Universal waste lamps shall be stored in a manner that <br /> prevents breakage and release to the environment. All broken universal waste lamps and releases shall be <br /> immediately cleaned and containerized. Immediately store all universal waste lamps in a manner that prevents <br /> breakage and release to the environment. Containerize all broken and intact lamps and label with the words <br /> "universal waste lamps".
