Limitations <br /> This plan and its associated companion reports have been developed by <br /> Transpo-Environmental (TRE) Consulting as a consultant work product under the <br /> waste minimization task order assigned by the San Joaquin Regional Transit <br /> District (SJRTD) to TRE Consulting. TRE has relied on the information and data <br /> provided by the SJRTD's various departments and members of the SJRTD's <br /> waste minimization (WM) team. TRE is not responsible for inaccurate <br /> information and data reported by the SJRTD and or its contractor and vendors. <br /> The implementation of this plan is the sole responsibility of the WM team <br /> members and the SJRTD's management staff as stated in section 5 of this plan. <br /> This plan is a dynamic and living document, which may be revised and updated <br /> periodically. TRE is not responsible for the revisions and updates, unless TRE is <br /> assigned to do so by the SJRTD. TRE shall also not be responsible for any other <br /> changes to this plan unless it is assigned to do so by the SJRTD. <br /> The proper implementation of the source reduction and waste minimization <br /> measures contained in this plan is the sole responsibility of the SJRTD's WM <br /> team members. TRE shall not be responsible for any and all lack of day-today <br /> implementation of the elements of this plan by the SJRTD's WM team. TRE is <br /> also not responsible for any potential non-compliance of and deviation of the <br /> SJRTD's WM team from this plan. The SJRTD shall be responsible for any <br /> material changes to this plan, necessitating any changes in the source reduction <br /> measures and any decision to not implement any of the selected source <br /> reduction measures, which would require that a written addendum be sent to the <br /> DTSC's ©PPD within 90 days. <br /> 43 <br />
