(8)Establishing methods for evaluating the implementation of the inventory,analysis,and <br /> program and for reporting on the progress of the program in the work plan required pursuant <br /> to Section 25244.22. <br /> (9)Procedures for providing technical support to program participants to assist with the <br /> implementation of the program. <br /> (e)Participation in the program shall not create a presumption that the participating facility has <br /> determined that any chemical release reduction measure is technically feasible or economically <br /> practicable pursuant to any other provision of law. <br /> (f)Actions of the department pursuant to this section are exempt from the requirements of Chapter <br /> 3.5(commencing with Section 11340)of Division 3 of Title 2 of the Government Code. <br /> (g)If,on the basis of the inventory and analysis required by in subdivision(b),the department finds <br /> that it is not possible to design and implement,at relatively low cost,a voluntary program to promote <br /> cooperative relationships between California business and the department,while creating a significant <br /> environmental benefit,and the advisory committee concurs with this finding,the department is not <br /> required to implement the program. <br /> • <br /> 74 <br />
