Box 805 <br /> Sacramento, CA 95812-0806 <br /> Dear Director; <br /> This exception report is being filed to notify DTSC that we have not yet received <br /> the second yellow copy of manifest # 22513124 with the TSDF signature. We <br /> have contacted the TSDF and they stated that they found their copy of the <br /> manifest and will be faxing a copy of it immediately to SJRTD. <br /> Since the manifest is dated September 2, 2003, not catching the missing <br /> signature was merely an oversight that has now been corrected.
