Hence, there is no comparative analysis information in <br /> any of the foregoing reports. The Pian and the Performance Report have been certified <br /> both from technical and financial standpoints by the SJRTD's management. Per the San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(SJCEHD) earlier request, we are also <br /> providing a copy of the foregoing documents to the SJCEHD. <br /> In closing the SJRTD looks forward to working with the OPPTD toward the <br /> proper and successful implementation of its comprehensive waste minimization program <br /> as detailed in the enclosed compendium. In addition, on behalf of the SJRTD, TRE <br /> appreciates the spirit of partnering, insightful comments, and guidance provided to us by <br /> 1 <br />
